About The Event

WLC offers women a space and process to reclaim and redefine themselves through experiential learning, and ultimately support women in being the lead of her life and tapped into her personal power. We will meet twice a year for 3 years to learn about ourselves, our conscious and unconscious beliefs, and how those create patterns that get in the way of stepping into our power and living our fullest, best lives.

Our society values a masculine leadership model. It holds busy-ness and independence over rejuvenation and interdependence; financial success over emotional success; and greed over compassion for our planet and other beings. We believe this is not sustainable for the individual, family systems, organizations or our Mother Earth.

The Women’s Leadership Collaborative embraces a feminine leadership model that

*Balances being and doing by understanding the importance of rest, rejuvenation and integration in support of action and outputs.

*Values listening to connect and understand the other person, not only to respond to their statements.

*Believes radical self acceptance and compassion is more than self-care. WLC provides a space to better understand your individual strengths and weaknesses, and to unconditionally love and accept those parts of ourselves we find challenging.

*Views Mother Earth as teacher and healer not a resource to exploit. WLC uses the land and nature as a tool to reconnect with ourselves and to listen to our own deep knowing and intuition.

About the Facilitators:

Chauncey Beaty is known as “The Heart Worker,” for her ability to quickly laser into the heart space of her clients and audience members with her down-to-earth, witty, yet smart and passionate insights. She easily creates a safe interactive learning environment where “hard topics” shift into “heart topics”. Chauncey is a TEDx speaker, award-winning poet, certified life coach, and master facilitator.

Chauncey believes every person plays a role in the whole of humanity’s unfolding. While working through her own fears, resistance, and personal doubt she spent years hiding from the world and standing in front of her offerings, her business, and herself. She has learned the greater your vocation, the greater the amount of interpersonal work you have to do. Chauncey believes everyone's contribution is vital. It is my mission to help people awaken to their personal power, open to the grandest possibilities of life, unleash their genius, move boldly into ownership of their contribution to the world, and keep their light shining bright.

Rhonda LaPoint is Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has practiced in both community and clinical settings for over 15 years. Her experience includes working with clients who have experienced trauma, significant loss or are going through phase of life challenges. Other specialties include adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, relationship issues, anger management and other mood disorders. Rhonda also trains clinicians to effectively intervene and assess crisis situations. She believes It is important for her to participate in a variety of experiential programs that promote person and interpersonal understanding.  This includes (3) long term Women’s Leadership Collaboratives at Hope Springs (Peebles Ohio) as well as facilitating Women’s Circles for over 10 years.

Elizabeth Muniot teaches, coaches and consults in individual, group, and organization development. She leans on her background and training in leadership development and mindfulness to empower others to reach beyond their own perceived limitations. She is passionate about creating space where women, especially mothers, can be their authentic selves and step into their power. As a former fundraiser and busyness addict, Elizabeth shifted from a life of pushing and striving into a space of holding and being. From her own experiences of going deep and doing the work of personal growth, she believes women have the power to change themselves, how they respond to the world around them, and ultimately save the planet. She is excited to have the opportunity to teach a holistic feminine leadership model with the WLC, and she is eternally grateful for the sisterhood, personal development and leadership training—accessing and stepping into my power— she receives from her women's circles.
