Drawing on The Work That Reconnects, a group process methodology developed by Joanna Macy, and expressive writing as a tool for integration, we’ll move together through guided reflection, paired sharing, and writing practice – held by the thread of our connection to the living world. 

You don’t need prior experience with grief work or writing. You need a willingness to feel what’s true and curiosity about what it might become.
