As a community, we operate in the spirit of reciprocity. With the land, with retreat leaders, retreat go-ers, staff, our resident cats, long time friends, and first time visitors.

We are inviting you into reciprocity for an overnight retreat at Hope Springs!

You have the option to attend the day retreat on Saturday, or to stay the night, sit with us by the fire and share brunch on Sunday morning.

In alignment with our 2023 fundraising goals and the ways we love to gather, join us to:

• Catch up with our Executive Director, Victoria and our Operations Manager, Betsy over tea on Saturday afternoon
• Experience deep rest and sacred sound with guest facilitators, Gwendolyn and Stacey
• Learn about our special bioregion in foothillls of Appalachia as you spot wildflowers on a walk with our Land Manager, Chip
• Meet our new Executive Chef, Blake, and enjoy a nourishing and artful dining experience - we’re serving dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday
• Create in ceremony, honoring land and helping to call in blessings of abundance and reciprocity for the year ahead (for you and us both!)

As always, offerings are optional and you’re welcome to use this time on land in whatever ways you find most healing and restorative. Feel free to hike, make music, walk the labyrinth, journal, or sit on the farmhouse porch with your nearest and dearest!
