Career With Heart is for anyone who feels a deep yearning to have a career with meaning and is struggling to find that career.  If you have ever said any of the following, this program could be just want you are looking for:

“If I only knew what I wanted, I would find a way to do it!”

“I know I need to leave this job, but I don’t know what is next.”

“I’m going to have a second career, I just don’t know what it is.”

Through a combination of leadership and personality assessments, career design theory, and self-reflection, participants will design a career that suits them personally.  This is not a standard career design session where a series of tests are administered and a list of careers is offered.  Participants will examine their joys and passions, weigh them against their gifts and talents as well as perceived and real limitations, and emerge with a career design that is individually tailored to them.

• Pathfinders: How to Change or Choose Your Career for a Lifetime of Satisfaction and Success by Nicholas Lore

Participants will leave the workshop with clarity on the career design elements that will support their greatest happiness and success, careers to consider, and next steps to manifest their ideal job. 

About the Facilitator:

Jules Myers, MSOD, has been coaching mid-career adults to design Careers with Heart since 2011.  The creator of Natural Leadership Archetypes, she is a certified Rockport Institute career coach and MBTI practitioner.  Jules was a participant in the Hope Springs Women’s Leadership Collaborative and currently serves as the Executive Director of Hope Springs Institute.
