Awaken in the Stillness is a weekend retreat designed to gently reconnect you to your essential self through the quiet power of the natural world. Rooted in restorative yoga, breath work, and the healing resonance of alchemy crystal singing bowls, this immersive experience invites you into deep stillness and vibrational renewal.
Held in the serene outdoor sanctuary at Hope Springs Institute, our practice will be woven with the elements—earth beneath you, wind in the trees, the dew of morning and the sunset at day's end. Through spacious movement, mindful presence and the subtle intelligence of sound, we attune to the frequencies of nature and the quiet truth within.
This retreat is an offering of rest, remembrance and reconnection—a return to the rhythm of the earth, to the pulse of your own heart and to the aliveness that emerges in the pause.
