The Women of Color Yoga Retreat answers the question, “Now what?” that many women have asked themselves. This woman is in the Liminal Space. The space between “what was” and “what’s next.” She is in a place of transition or an awakening.

Time & Location
Sep 01, 2022, 3:00 PM EDT – Sep 04, 2022, 1:00 PM EDT
Hope Springs Institute, 4988 Mineral Springs Rd, Peebles, OH 45660, USA
About The Event
Be reminded of your light through excises and workshops that help you dig deep to unearth limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and undefined boundaries. Learn grounding techniques to cleanse, heal, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. Leave renewed, refreshed, and resolved to continue what you started.
The tools given will aid in your awakening so you can continue to shine your light when you return home. And importantly, an exclusive community is being created to provide eight months of support through online group classes, in-person events, original materials/resources, and more. It is your time to awaken.
The Women of Color Yoga Retreat is scheduled for this Labor Day 2022 at Hope Springs Institute - nestled in the Appalachian foothills, just a 1-2 hour drive from Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Huntington, and Charleston - and is an ideal location to reflect, relax and renew.
