About The Event
Times have been tough. And our nervous system intimately knows this truth. This truth, is the very foundation of this heart-warming, nervous system soothing, weekend eco-yoga retreat. During our retreat, you will enjoy a variety of yoga and nature-based practices that will leave you feeling restored, renewed, reconnected, and more centered in yourself. Imagine yourself:
• star-gazing under a canopy of dreams
• practicing yoga and pranayama outside, welcoming the morning sun
• meditating as birds sing sweetly to your heart
• resting and exploring the forest, and your relationship with it
• lying in the sun, reading your favorite book
• sitting around a bonfire, singing song in circle
• or even just watching the wind blow through the trees, contemplating aspects of your daily life
If any of this sounds dreamy, consider giving yourself this gift. Self-care is essential in times of stress, and this retreat is dedicated to intentional practices that are known to give you the gift of relaxation and restoration. Join Lila Lolling and Kim Dawes in sacred circle to nourish your heart and celebrating life through laughter, movement, community connection, and joy. See full schedule by clicking HERE
