The strategic gathering will be a time of honest conversation, collective visioning, and ceremony. We'll hear recommendations from our consultant partner, Perspective Guides, explore the financial realities together, and work in small groups to prioritize the necessary actions. There will be space for questions, for grief, for hope, and for singing together. Your voice, your wisdom, your presence, and your hands matter deeply.

All meals to be provided by volunteer participants throughout the weekend.

A Community-Led Gathering

Because we don't have staff during sabbatical, we’re practicing mutual care and shared responsibility to hold this event. Through this ethos, we will shape the future of HSI together.

When you register, you'll be asked to sign up for volunteer roles to help with:

• Providing food for a meal and meal cleanup

• Facility cleanup after the retreat

This is part of the work—showing up not just to participate, but to co-create and care for the space and each other.
