Your facilitators each have more than a decade of training in Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation and are eager to help you build a practice that suits your lifestyle.Â

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
Shilpika Devaiah is the owner of Ayur-Shilpi Ayurveda & Wellness and a certified Ayurveda doctor through NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America) organizations. She received her Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery (BAMS) which is a 5-year program from Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India, and a Diploma in Panchakarma from Ayurdhama Ayurveda Hospital and Yoga Retreat Center in India. Shilpika also has a 200 hour Yoga Teachers Training Certification from the renowned Sivananda Yoga Ashram, India specializing in Hatha yoga. She is also certified as an Ayurveda Yoga Therapist by NAMA.
Sara Nadia Syed, Owner at The Studio Cleveland, has dedicated her life to practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and healing for the past 12+ years. She originally started practicing yoga when she was 17 to find a way out of her mental diseases and suffering that resulted in heavy drug and alcohol addiction. She has been sober for almost a decade and has gained a lifetime worth of skills and knowledge to help others manage and overcome their own personal struggles, addictions, fears and heartaches as well. Sara has helped hundreds of yoga students around the world. She received formal Advanced Yoga Instruction Training in Mysore, India, and in Cahuita, Costa Rica. She holds a 500 E-RYT, M.S Education from the University of Akron, and her B.S Psychology from John Carroll University.
