Through a carefully woven sequence of gentle movement, somatic techniques, breathwork, toning, and deep relaxation, you'll be guided through practices designed to help your body release tension, quiet the noise, and remember its own capacity for ease. No experience necessary — just a willingness to show up and settle in.

 

This kind of body-centered, present-moment practice is at the core of the healing and personal transformation work that Hope Springs Institute has long championed. For those curious about somatic or embodiment work, this is a welcoming and accessible entry point. For seasoned practitioners, it's a chance to return to the basics that sustain everything else.



This session is free and open to all. We offer a sliding scale of $0 to pay-what-you-want, because we believe this work should be available to everyone regardless of means. If you'd like to contribute, PayPal and Venmo links will be included in your confirmation email. All donations benefit Hope Springs Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit retreat center in Appalachian Ohio, cultivating peace through empowered leadership, innovative learning, and personal healing.
