It's time to embrace a new approach to self-care.

I believe that Breathwork Intensives offer a sacred space for this “new” form of self-care.

Early reservations are now open for those who have worked with me through retreats, classes, or workshops and are familiar with the integrity and power of my offerings.

This retreat will focus on restoration, providing ample time for connection with nature, as well as relaxation and friendship. The complete itinerary and details about any additional facilitators will be shared in the summer of 2025.
