A Time of Rest

About The Event
Give your soul a chance to catch up with your body in this restorative retreat. Explore ways to bring more balance into your body, mind, and spirit- all in as little as a day of programming!
The offerings in this retreat are just that- offerings! The time can be what you make it, with the opportunity to participate in activities, spend all day snoozing in a hammock, or anything in between!
Offered activities include: opening and closing circle, yoga with live music, self-care conversation and support, guided visualization into rest and sleep, a music meditation session, and a guided nature walk with Hope Springs Naturalist.
We are returning with a deeper restful offering for our community, this time with an overnight option!
You now have two experiences to choose from:
- A Day of Rest- $99.00
- An Overnight of Rest- $165.00
