The offerings of the day are just that- offerings! The day can be what you make it, with the opportunity to participate in activities, spend all day snoozing in a hammock, or anything in between!

Offered activities will be suitable for all ages 2yrs-adult.

Offerings include: opening and closing circle, yoga with live music, guided water play,  a music meditation session, creative practice using art materials, and a guided nature walk (requires ability to walk independently) with Hope Springs Naturalist.

~ A beautiful lunch meal will be included in the cost of this day.~

Additional Hope Springs opportunities: Hiking trails, jacuzzi, walking labyrinth, hammocks, fire pit, meditation ponds, and acres of land to enjoy!

This offering will be facilitated by Tracy Jo Duckworth and Rachel Brown and supported by Hope Springs Staff. Tracy Jo and Rachel are DONATING their time, allowing all proceeds from this retreat to support Hope Springs Institute. We are so grateful!
