Onsite / Covid Requirements
We are looking forward to having the 2021 Women’s Winter Retreat onsite at Hope Springs Institute this year with a specific Covid-19 mandate in place. For this retreat, vaccination card will be required with registration, along with a Rapid Antigen Test , 72 hrs. before December 4th, to be shown upon arrival. An online event will be available if it becomes unsafe. The decision will be solely based on protecting the health and safety of the guest and staff at Hope Springs Institute and in compliance with local and national health department COVID–19 and Delta variant mandates and guidelines. The decision  will be made and communicated in a timely manner if the situation changes.
About the Facilitators
Nancy Willman - Nancy is an Ayurveda Yoga & Wellness Consultant, certified from Sivananda Vedanta Center. She is the owner of Main Street Yoga, since 2004. Nancy specializes in helping those with individual needs. Her modalities consist of Restorative Yoga, Chakra Yoga & Meditation to restore your healthiest self , Reiki, Healing Touch, & Sivananda breathing techniques. In addition, she also specializes in Yoga for Scoliosis & Lower Back issues. Nancy has taught classes and workshops at Proctor & Gamble, Northern Kentucky University, Frost Brown Todd, Saint Elizabeth

Carrie Dowler - Carrie is a former Elementary School Teacher and current lifelong learner. She believes in listening to the rhythm of our soul. Carrie studied dance under wildly creative women, each with a unique style. She has performed and participated in music and movement events with a variety of techniques including flow, ecstatic dance, tribal drum circles, and choreographed routines. Students are encouraged to balance the sky and earth within. She understands that dancing can be a deeply personal and healing experience while releasing endorphins and enjoying your body. The tribal community created by our shared experience connects us to the heartbeat of others. Carrie’s teaching style facilitates nurturing our whole selves. Being mindful of individual adaptations, she creates opportunities to explore within a loving and accepting place.Â
