About The Event
As we anticipate the New Year, the U.S. will have a new President and a new government. The alignment of the stars tells us we are collectively entering a time of major change and real transformation with new structures emerging in the world and in our personal lives. Ceremony has been the way our ancestors prepared themselves to embrace change and find meaning in the circumstances and challenges of their lives. Join me at beautiful Hope Springs Institute in southern Ohio where nature can hold us as we create ceremony together.
Using Ancient Ritual Postures we will seek guidance during four days of ritual, creativity, deep alignment and fun. We will attune to the Animal Spirits and with the help of the Tennessee Diviner Posture weave our individual visions into a collective Dance. Using abundant art supplies we will make masks and costumes and transform the Ceremonial Space to enact a mythic story for the new year.
Sunday morning is the Celebration of the Masked Trance Dance, followed by a feast and the Ritual of Retuning to the World.
