In this experiential workshop, facilitator Amy Tuttle guides participants through a process of reconnecting with innate wisdom through land-based practices, somatic awareness, and community reflection. Together, we explore what it means to "rewild" the inner life — to move beyond conditioned patterns and return to a deeper, more embodied sense of self.

This session weaves together guided reflection, small group conversation, and contemplative practice. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to slow down and listen.

Meet your Facilitator:

Amy Tuttle holds an MA in Arts in Transformation from Eastern University, and has served communities around the globe as a facilitator, trainer, and community-based artist for 15 years. Her experiences range from guiding public art installations, to developing "Arts-Based First Response'' for disaster-relief scenarios. Tuttle has also studied with the School of Lost Borders as a Vision Fast Guide and Animas Valley Institute as a Council Guide. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Wordplay Cincy, an arts-based organization where “stories write the future”.
