About The Event
During this fall weekend in Appalachian Ohio at beautiful Hope Springs Institute, the land will be our primary teacher as we explore the natural world, build community, and shift our perspectives on our work and life. We’ll draw on The Work That Reconnects (developed by Joanna Macy), and you’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to sustain the work and life you love.
Who is this retreat for?
Fill your own cup first...
If you’re a creative, a healer, a leader...
If you spend your days creating space for others to grow and thrive...
If you are constantly giving…
Let us give back to you.
Here’s the truth: your community needs you rested, renewed, and remembering your own magic. You need connection, too: to yourself, other leaders, the natural world.
We’ve got you.

Meet your Facilitators:

Hope Springs Executive Director Rosie Santos has been facilitating circles on The Spiral Practice for the last several years, inspired by the work of Joanna Macy (specifically The Work that Reconnects). Recently returned from completing a rites of passage ceremony in the Raggeds Wilderness of Colorado, Rosie brings embodied experience of walking with these practices.

Lindsay Way (she/her) is a facilitator and strategic planner whose approach is rooted in the belief that the most transformative work happens when group members are grounded in their truths, brave enough to share their stories, and invested in each other’s success. She uses qualitative research and writing methods to guide individuals and teams as they dream big, build consensus, and implement systems to reach their goals.
