Weddings and Commitment Ceremonies
We look forward to working with couples who want to celebrate their lifelong commitment to one another. Hope Springs is a beautiful setting for ritual and festivity.
If you want to have an extended celebration with your close friends and family, Hope Springs is the place to come. We have room for 30 people to gather and support you in preparing for an event. We can serve up to 150 guests for the celebration meal. Additional weekend guests are welcome to camp on Hope Springs spacious 130 acres or stay at nearby motels and inns.
Couples who have had their weddings at Hope Springs have treasured the beauty of the land, the ponds and the trees; and they have loved the comfort of the farmhouse and studio. The Spirit House is a serene space to calm oneself, a walk in the labyrinth can help to bring focus and the hot tub or the hammocks are a great place to relax. The covered porch of the Farmhouse is a favorite spot for gatherings and casual conversations.
Suzanne Stevens, the Executive Director of Hope Springs, has worked with several couples to help design their commitment ceremony and celebration. Once you decide on Hope Springs for your event, Suzanne will meet with you to begin to plan your day and your weekend. Starting with your celebration vision, Suzanne will guide you thorough some simple choices - the venue, the banquet menu, music, pictures, flowers...
Hope Springs specializes in gourmet vegetarian cuisine and will serve Alaskan Salmon and Organic Chicken upon request. We offer an alcohol free environment and serve festive non-alcoholic "Champagne" with the banquet.
