Crystal Myers, e-RYT has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and has taught group exercise since 1993. She has taught yoga to people of all ages, having taught Preschool Yoga, Kids Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Chair Yoga for seniors. She has also taught specialty classes for people with Diabetes and MS, as well as workshops on Yoga and the Chakras. She currently teaches at the Kleptz YMCA in Englewood, Ohio, The Earl Heck Community Center also in Englewood, and Sinclair Community College at the Englewood Learning Center.
